Available now on frankkozik.net is the 4-inch tall resin LUDWIG VON MILK PLUS EDITION - limited to 50pcs and priced at US$40 each (Comes in a bag with signed header card), and it's apparently "white resin", rather than painted white, so you can just prime it and you'll be ready to paint on it :)
