Star Wars Chubby Series 1 by Unbox Industries seen at Hong Kong Toy Fair 2014
"Star Wars Chubby Series 1" [TAGGED] seen at the Unbox Industries booth at the "Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair 2014" (@ Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hall 3E-E13 HK), as fully painted prototypes - featuring a 5 X "sets", showcasing both the Rebellion Alliance and Imperial Forces and their cronies - including the CHEWBACCA CHUBBY Set, YODA CHUBBY Set, C3PO CHUBBY Set, JABBA CHUBBY Set and BOBA FETT CHUBBY Set.
Last time we saw them was unpainted sculpts (on display at London Toy Fair 2013), and a thing to note: The painting is not final on the big figures, otherwise they are looking pretty adorable, thanks to the designs of TADO!
These remind me of Hot Toy's Chubby series from back in 2006-08, although I have not asked if these were under the same branding, or something else altogether. Doesn't really matter now, because these look pretty darn amazing!
