Celebrating 40 years of the mouthless kitty, TAMASHII NATIONS has concocted this 10.5cm tall "Superalloy" figure made of ABS and die-cast mini-figure, and ha articulated parts to enable it to "transfort" into a trio of "modes": Land, Water and Air. Seems the SRP is 4,400 YEN, with a Feb 3rd 2014 release (??? = this particular info is purely "guess work" on my part, based on untranslatable text on the product page *facepalm*)
