#flashbackfriday: Mad*L from Chris Lee (2005 Artist Series 1)

This MAD*L is my one and only piece in my humble hoard collection, and I won it from a Vinyl Abuse x Christohper Lee contest from back in 2006, whereby this was one of 20 Artist Proofs from the artist. And while I had previously posted deboxed pics, today we have another #flashbackfriday look at the piece!


The 5" tall vinyl MAD*L was designed by Jeremy Madl of Mad Toy Design, with this particular piece featuring skin design by Chris "The Beast is Back" Lee, as part of the 2005 "Artist Series 1" and was limited to 400pcs. Others in the series include MAD himself, Frank Kozik, Mimic, TADO and Sket-One.

Produced by (the now defunct) Wheaty Wheat Studios, figures from Phase 3 onwards were produced by MAD's company, SOLID Industries, Inc.
