EVENT PRESS: "On the heels of the immense success and DVD release of The LEGO Movie, HCG is proud to present the Pop Up Show and Dan Shearn's first Solo Show, "LEGO Memories (Or a Man-Child's Recollection of the 80's Through Lego)" opening on Friday, June 20th.
This personal project first sprung from Dan's own love of playing with Legos as a child, and as a child of the 80's he decided he'd create his own mini figures in art based on his favorite 80's icons. Dan has created over 60 new pieces for this show, so be sure to come and see his creations in person. And the best part is that most of the pieces in the show are only $20 so they make for great gifts for the LEGO mini fig fan in all of us!"
