Frank Mysterio's mictlantecuhtli: Vinyl Toy & Coming Customs Show

"Mictlantecuhtli (Nahuatl pronunciation: [mikt͡ɬaːnˈtekʷt͡ɬi], meaning "Lord of Mictlan"), in Aztec mythology, was a god of the dead and the king of Mictlan (Chicunauhmictlan), the lowest and northernmost section of the underworld. He was one of the principal gods of the Aztecs and was the most prominent of several gods and goddesses of death and the underworld. The worship of Mictlantecuhtli sometimes involved ritual cannibalism, with human flesh being consumed in and around the temple." (Wiki)

And in the present realm of art toys culture, "mictlantecuhtli" is a project from Frank Mysterio x Francisco Galan (of Ayn Soph), whereby the character itself is a "prehispanico" art toy ("prehistorical spanish"), with the vinyl piece itself apparently Made In Mexico! And while shown above include developmental drawings, some WIPs and final custom painted pieces by Mysterio himself (IG @frankmysterio), a group customs show is coming soon! Will the show also herald the launch of the production "mictlantecuhtli" for public sales? More updates when I have them :)
