I've never really been a huge fan of the concerts for Anime Festival Asia and had never really had the intention to partake in it (well, except for when SCANDAL performed ;p) - it's just not my cuppa, but I can appreciate the existence of this aspect of the annual event … it's only when other events begin to replicate this, which irks me. This means YOU, STGCC. LOL

One successful aspect / operation of the "Anisong" concerts, is that they happen at a different time from the Festival /event / grounds itself, so there is no "cross pollution" of "noise", otherwise it will be nothing more than a "passer malam" night market with incessant music blaring from the music stall speakers, IMO.
