In Between The Dreams Yoskay Yamamoto @ GR2 (Aug 20-Sept 7)

EVENT PRESS: "In the latest body of work, Yoskay Yamamoto will present a shift and direction to a simple and experimental approach.

“In a new series I combine a simple line paintings juxtaposed against more rendered painterly style polka dot sunset paintings. My idea is to place simple, organic, playful, and minimal colored line-based paintings alongside graphic and colorful paintings to create a dreamscape-like setting that’s both inviting and comforting.”

Yamamoto will also create a site specific installation with sculptures that fits within his “dreamscape”."
