“AKITA SHATEI The Troublesome Dog” by Javier Jiménez for Merry Go Round
Spanish artist Javier Jiménez reveals a line art for his latest character creation to be made into a soft vinyl toy - with “AKITA SHATEI The Troublesome Dog” to be produced by Taiwan-based Merry Go Round (they had previously done OK LUNA’s “Jobi Fox” - which I’ve sadly not had the pleasure of posting more about, besides …).
Javier is certainly filling his portfolio of original toy-design/production very nicely, with his own Wananeko family of Vinyl & Resin characters, his own resin Dorobanii, Tiger Boss and Office Cat sofubi with MaxToyCo … all starting from his Don Antler of 2013! And now “AKITA SHATEI” joins the line-up “soon” = So Excited & Happy For You, Javier!
