You’ll be able to check it out at a hour-long tour of the “10 Courts of Hell”, held as a part of Haw Par Villa’s 80th Anniversary Fiesta - which also includes the inaugural “NOISE INVASION FESTIVAL” - happening 6-1030pm on Saturday October 28th, where you’ll be able to somewhat enjoy SG’s alternative to “Halloween”?
