Toy Carnival 2017 @ National Design Centre (Oct 22)


Scheduled for this coming Sunday is this year’s incarnation of “TOY CARNIVAL”! Organized by local retailers “The Falcon’s Hangar”, the event touts; ”A celebration of all things toys! Look out for lotsa toy and collectible bargains from our vendors! PLUS FREE popcorn and comics giveaways! There will also be appearances from 501st Legion Singapore Garrison, Kamen Riders, Power Rangers and other cosplayers! Don't miss this chance to take photos with them!” (Facebook). “Toy Carnival 2017” happens Sunday October 22nd at the National Design Centre (111 Middle Rd, Singapore 188969), from 11am to 6pm. Admission is FREE!

2nd Floor Event Hall

I’ve only ever visited an earlier incarnation in 2009, then held at SAM / Singapore Art Museum. Featured here today are images from said-2009 event, which in essence felt like “China-Square-Central” Sunday-flea-market-on-steroids feel THEN! Not too sure how it is for this coming Sunday tho… :)
