#playingwith PIGORA by Konatsuya (A TOYSREVIL Toy Review Video)
This is a in-hand look at "PIGORA" sofubi/vinyl toy from Japanese character designer Konatsuya, with this sofubi being a gift from K.M. (Thanks, buddy!), and my first Pigora too!
Designed like a "bird" kaiju/monster, and shaped like an adorable "egg" ("life-sized" too), this particular figure is deceptively light - in both weight, and to the touch, and is pretty much a delightful figure seen up close. What I did not show in the video is the figure's single articulation - swivelling at the "waist".
In truth, as much as I adored this character design, it would be a struggle to fork over the asking price for this collectible ... but no doubt this'll go over pretty well for hardcore fans of Konatsuya's creations ... who knows, even I might get "addicted", when I have the buying power ... someday... LOL
Would've been really sweet to have a half-a-dozen to a dozen of different Pigoras seemingly "chirping" from an egg carton no? :)
Check in with you fav retailer(s) for pricing and availability, and thank for watching, folks!
FYI: The figure is seen alongside the Negora figure from Medicom Toys' "Vinyl Artist Gacha" / VAG series.
Cheers and have a fab toy-day!
