A "FLAN" is "a baked dish consisting of an open-topped pastry case with a savoury or sweet filling."
A "WEPA! FLAN" is a PVC collectible, sized 2.6" W x 1.1" H (Figure) / 3.6" x 3.6" x 1.35"H (In Packaging), and made in a run of 1000pcs.
