The Mighty Bird KHAGESVARA from Kurobokan x Unbox Industries seen #TTE2018
While I'd previously featured this slice of toynews during TTE, I'd wanted to give you folks another headsup/reminder of it's toy-existence, in today's all-throwbackthursday features for Thailand Toy Expo 2018 (May 3-6)!
Introducing THE MIGHTY BIRD KHAGESVARA! With design by Kurobokan and made in collaboration with Unbox Industries, the mythical humanoid "god" folks might also recognise as the "Garuda", is now manifested unto a collectible beast of beauty, with pre-orders available during TTE (which includes a fee T-Shirt - would love to see that design tho...).
Clad in a splendidly majestic pearlescent white with tonal gold accents, a unpainted prototype of this figure was actually revealed at Taipei Toy Festival last year (see image below), and it looks like it comes with an additional "accessory"? An interchangeable "head sculpt" perhaps?
