Disney’s “Mickey Go Local” @ Raffles City, Singapore (Aug 1-29)
Launched and currently on show at Raffles City Singapore, is the MICKEY GO LOCAL "Arts in The City" exhibition, whereby a line-up of large scaled Mickey Mouse statues have been customized by invited folks - predominantly from regional and local celebrities and television personalities, to artists, including the above Ice Cream Mickey from ZiQi Wu of Monsterlittle, creator of Little Dino from Unbox Industries!
Exhibiting from August 1st thru to 29th, there will be 90 x custom Mickeys on show.
Celebrating the 90th Anniversary of Mickey, the event goes beyond just showcasing eye-candy, as the public/folks who take photos of the exhibited Mickey Mouse customs can instagram them along with hashtags #RCSArtsinthecityPC, #Mickey90, #MickeyGoLocal, #CapitaLand and #CHFPC - and CapitaLand Hope Foundation will donate SG$10 per hashtag to the President’s Challenge.
