Kurobokan will be adding another canine to their line-up, this time not particularly of the "cutesy"-variety .. in fact, FAR from it! Introducing SLEEPWALKER MORA!

A dark spirit that tortures one’s soul, sucking the life out of it."
Designed by Paulus Hyu (*showcasing his range beyond "just cute"), and brought to toy-life as sculpted by @seriouslysillyk, featured below are step-by-step videos & images of her sculpts, and as well the finished figure will be up for display at this week's Taipei Toy Festival 2018 (October 18-21) via the Kurobokan Booth A26!

Hellloouuu there you art lovers 🤗 I’ve been working on and reworking a sculpting project for the Toy Company and talented Artist Duo from @kurobokan: In the early sketching stages I used glass eyes, but wasn’t happy during the process with their thickness and size, so I ended up redoing the head sculpt as you will be able to see throughout the video. „Mora“ will be quite a sizable piece and turned into a Toy by @kurobokan later on 👹

Hello there Sweet Tarts!! 👋 As promised here is the second part of the sculpting progress on the head sculpt of Mora for the toy company @kurobokan. We start off where the last one pretty much ended. Though balancing and holding this piece up on a stick got harder over time as I kept adding a lot of clay for the fur texture and it ended up being pretty heavy 🐲🗿 Enjoy!

Hello there you scrumptious Pumpkin Pasties 🥧 🤗 It‘s been a while since you’ve seen any update on the big fella I have been working on for @paulushyu x @kurobokan and there is enough footage throughout the process that it will be split over a couple more videos. 🎥 For now I leave you with the making of Mora‘s muscular and furry body. Hello there and a good fudging Morning to you crispy little Apple Fritters 🍏🍮🍎 On the last video you saw the making of Mora’s body and your response was just wonderful! How exciting that some of you felt inspired to start pushing clay & exploring a new creative medium alongside those of you artists who found some helpful sculpting tips within the footage 🤗 Now as promised here is a clip of the progress on Mora’s limbs and tail.
