REMARKS: PichiAvo x APPortfolio launched sensational classic art collaboration which featured 250 sculptures that were apart of a large “mural”. "PichiAvo started the “mural” in front of hundreds audiences as part of the performing art program in Shanghai China “Pop culture” exhibition curated by APPortfolio in November 2018."
Sized 28 x 17 x 15.4cm, made in PU, Plaster, the sculpture was first released on-site at the “SOLD OUT” exhibition (curated by APPortfolio. PPP space, Taipei) on December 17th. Listed here is the online release.
About the ART SCULPTURE: "The left and right sides of this sculpture are the side faces of two male and female characters. The male image represents a philosopher and the female image represents muse. This work fully presents their creative style, the perfect deconstruction of classical art and contemporary urban art. They invented a new fusion. The artists perfectly used the combination of classical sculpture and modern graffiti to reawaken this pair of classical art- the emotions of The Renaissance masters such as Michelangelo."
