UNIQLO Collectibles for Gundam 40th Anniversary Project
As a part of the Gundam 40th Anniversary Project, the Gundam franchise has revealed their collaboration with Uniqlo, who've teamed up with Bandai, Bandai Spirits, and will be releasing 12 (Types of) Mobile Suit Gundam 40th Anniversary UTs! Price for 1,620 yen per, to be unleashed in March 2019. Purchase awards will include UNIQLO UT Original Limited Gunpla RX-78-2 GUNDAM or MS-06S ZAKU II.

I cannot say I am a huge fan of the color way, but can imagine its appeal, and as well representing the colors of the Japanese flag ... it suddenly reminded me of those "Red and White Song Battles" from NHK (NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen / NHK紅白歌合戦), which I used to really look forward to too, in the 80s-90s anyways LOL
