Cinematic Trailer for #Cyberpunk2077 Introduces Keanu Reeves, as the internets go "woah"
Having just excelled at killing in "John Wick Chapter 3", and a surprising cameo in Always Be My Maybe, Keanu Reeves expands his presence by being a character in a video game?
The internet is still reeling from his appearance both in the "cinematic trailer" for "Cyberpunk 2077" (above, revealed at the very end), and at Microsoft’s E3 2019 press conference (video below), and now on this blog (because A. Its Keanu Reeves, and B. Because it continues my Cyberpunk 2077-post feature from 2018, so there!).
No doubt there'll be astute collectors who might expound they could kitbash this character from the 1/6th-scaled "John Wick" figure released by Hot Toys, and I say: GO FOR IT! I WANNA SEE THAT ISH~!
"Reeves will be playing Johnny Silverhand - a rockstar-turned-warrior who has appeared throughout the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop rulebooks and adventures who CDPR says is "one of the key characters" in Cyberpunk 2077." reported 9gag.com. Cyberpunk 2077, the open-world, action-adventure story from CD PROJEKT RED, is coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC April 16th, 2020.
