"CANNIBAL F**KFACE" is a character creation from Ryan's "Prison Pit" made into a vinyl figure by Monster Worship (for which I own a sole Pink Hawaiian Edition), and I am loving this particular incarnation of the character, as if he had attained the masses toy-recognition ala "Masters of the Universe" 80s' cartoon proportions!
This certainly perks up my toy-attention! "Appropriating" a fellow low-brow artist creations, is a sure sight more interesting than appropriating a pop culture icon, IMHO! But that's just me... "Appropriate" with collaboration" in mind, of course! Don't go ripping off fellow creator's creations tho ~ FFS!
