The Chung's XIONG MAO heads to New York Comic Con 2019

Here's a peek at David Chung AKA The Chung's "XIONG MAO" warrior panda, with this colorway making its way to New York Comic Con (Oct 3-6/2019) this week, on display at @gacharobot's booth #682.
"I won't be able to attend, but I'm curious to know who here is going? If you find him in take a photo with him giving you the side eye and tag or DM me will ya? I wanna see the fun! The more ridiculous or inappropriate the photo the better!" (@theultrachung)

Sculpted by @bboyblackz and produced by @iamwetworks, "Xiong Mao" is an original character by The Chung, and currently adventuring on in his paintings & art.

"Xiong Mao" = "熊猫" in Mandarin, and pronounced "Xióng māo" - which means "Panda" ... unknown if this was what The Chung had intended it to be tho, but I'll take it as-is, cheers :)

I had previously featured a look at, and a dive into the origins of this character, and saw the figure on display at STGCC 2018 ... this looks a much lighter hue (beige versus bright yellow) than before ... nevertheless, here's hoping we'll get to see more of his toy-adventures in the wild soon!
