#toynews: The Coming of iBoy (Kickstarter) from Classicbot
Continuing their collectible homage to Macintosh products past (*Which includes Classicbot / iBot G3 / Classicbot Plush), Philip Lee at playsometoys will be unleashing their "iBoy" next, inspired by Apple's iPod, now a "articulated" figure - complete with magnetic limbs (see demo video below) -to be launched via Kickstarter, scheduled to go "live" on March 17th!
"Inspired by the iconic MP3 player that changed history, iBoy can bring back memories of the good old days."
I've either been a "Walkman" and "Portable CD-Player"-kinda guy, and never ventured beyond iPods, although I might have and a iShuffle, but never truly went that digital direction ... even now I have not downloaded a single track/music LOL
But this "connection" to, and the continuation of adapting our pop culture technology iconology is pretty fun, I admit!
