TOYSREVIL TOYTALK: QiQi (1st recorded on FacebookLive)

My Facebook Live airing of TOYSREVIL TOYTALK Episode 4 has since ended, with this 20+minuter video fully viewable here now! The figure showcased is "QiQi" - designed by @ziqi_wu of Monsterlittle (produced by CREO Design), and first released in 2012!


This essentially is ZiQi's first ever vinyl production toy, before his beloved LITTLE DINO (produced by Unbox Industries) exploded into the toy-scene!

The QiQi I showcased in this video is the GLOSSY RED version! There is also a Matte Red Edition (seen in still images below).

And while I am wholly unsure about the current availability of the figures, these were quantity & SRP (Suggested Retail Price) as I featured in 2012:

- Original Matte Red - 450pcs worldwide ($10 ex shipping)
- Gloss Black - 200pcs worldwide ($12.50 ex shipping)
- Gloss Red - 200pcs worldwide ($12.50 ex shipping)
- White Blank - *There were NOT on retail, as ZiQi wanted to make these & invite customisers to work on them!
- Black Blank with Silver-accents hand-drawn by ZiQi (TBC)

What I did not mention in the video, was the existence of the "Project QiQi" - which was essentially a custom-QiQi project from a variety of invited artists, who had been invited to work on the 3-inch QiQi as base of choice - culminating in a group custom show at (the inaugural) ToyConUK 2013!
