SPACE SWEEPERS: New Full Trailer & Poster (Premieres Feb 5 on Netflix)
"The year is "2092", and a crew of 4 space junk scavengers discover a humanoid child and attempts to sell her off, but shit happens ..." A new FULL TRAILER has dropped for South Korean sci-fi feature SPACE SWEEPERS, scheduled for premiere February 5th on Netflix.
As excitable as I had been when the first teaser dropped (More info about the film in the linked-blog than this post, thanks), the trailer here essentially "explains" a little bit more about the premise, and shows much more of the shitstorm the crew of "Victory" will have to go through - and I remain as excitable as before, thanks!
Clocking in at "2hours 16minutes", the feature is directed by Jo Sung-hee, and stars Song Joong-ki, Kim Tae-ri, Jin Sun-kyu and Yoo Hae-jin as the voice of the Robot... and of course I'm thinking "this'll make swell toys!" ... but also realise having articulated action figures would be tricky (depending on how popular this film could be), and at the same time remember the days of PVC moulded figurines - which I would baulk at, for lack of articulation - but also realising later on in my collecting years, that THAT would have been the only other ways to own a "toy merch", alas ...
