TETSUO THE IRON MAN Collectible Figure from Oda Takashi X Unbox Industries

@unboxindustries has revealed a single teaser of "TETSUO THE IRON MAN", and I am gasping for air (*If you know, YOU KNOW)!

Based on the character seen in Shinya Tsukamoto's 1989 indie black-n-white film "Tetsuo: The Iron Man", the character figure is designed by Oda Takashi (setouchipro.jimdofree.com / Insta @setouchipro) - he would be the special make-up artist and sculptor who had worked on the film's sequel "Tetsuo II: Body Hammer" (1992) and yet another Shinya film, "Hiruko the Goblin" (1991)! The excitement is exceedingly palpable, as I was a HUGE fan of Shinya's films back in the day!

***WARNING: GORE AHEAD***

And while we await further product reveal and availability info, here's a look at some film still for TETSUO (via IMDb), that is publishable on this blog! The film trailer featured below however, IS NOT FOR KIDS!

Featured above is a trailer to the 1989 film, while below showcases the stop-motion sequences in the film, while you can view the FULL FILM since posted on POPCORNX! WARNING: NOT FOR KIDS! ADULT SITUATIONS & GORE!
