Pacific Rim: The Black - Official Trailer & Teaser Posters


"There was a time when Kaiju rose from the Pacific Rim only to encounter gigantic robots, Jaegers, built to fight them back. That time has passed. Now, Australia has been overrun by Kaiju, forcing the evacuation of an entire continent. Left behind, teenage siblings Taylor and Hayley embark on a desperate search for their missing parents, teaching themselves to pilot a battered, long-abandoned Jaeger to help in their quest and give them even the slightest hope of surviving."



Barely have we gotten over the Date Announcement teaser, the first full official trailer for upcoming animated series "PACIFIC RIM: THE BLACK" has dropped, in anticipation of it's premiere on March 4th, 2021, only on Netflix!



According to the show's wiki-page, "the series' production will be handled by Legendary Television with animation services by Polygon Pictures. Greg Johnson and Marvel Comics writer Craig Kyle will serve as showrunners." IMDb lists "4 episodes", with nothing confirmed ... but apparently a Season 2" has since been greenlit. That "Kaiju" X "Jaeger"-hybrid tho...!
