Although I've on occasions blogged about Junji Ito's characters made toys (predominately produced by Unbox Industries), I am quite frankly not as familiar with his work, other than the images I have seen online ... then THIS video clip of the upcoming animation currently being produced of his "Uzumaki" story was carried online ...

The 4-part Adult Swim original "Uzumaki" anime adaptation of Junji Ito's horror story, is directed by Hiroshi Nagahama ("Mushishi", "Detroit Metal City"), comes to Toonami in "2022".
