POP TOY SHOW BEIJING 2021 Cancelled! (Possible Online Event instead...?)
Initially scheduled for a "August 6-8th" weekend launch at China National Convention Center in Beijing, China, was the "POP TOY SHOW BEIJING" (organised by POP MART), which has since been "cancelled" due to rising COVID-19 concerns (please refer to embedded Tweet below).
It is with our sincere sadness that we announce the cancellation of Pop Toy Show 2021 in order to support the epidemic prevention work in Beijing. As I had prepared multiple posts for brands boothing at the event before the announcement, I can only but imagine how the cancellation might have affected plans and logistics (looking at INSTINCTOY's location plan showed how HUGE the show was to be, not counting items being shipped first to exhibition location @.@")... but SAFETY COMES FIRST!
All might not be totally "lost" tho, as the in-person event might now be happening as a virtual online event instead, so Stay Tuned for Updates!
