Hot Toys' "The Book of Boba Fett" Cosbaby Sets



"The Book of Boba Fett" live-action streaming series (*FEATURES on POPCORNX) has just premiered on DisneyPlus, and Hot Toys has revealed/announced in tandem new collectible toy incarnations of BOBA FETT and FENNEC SHAND!



I've featured the 1/6th scale figures, but these are the COSBABY Bobble-Head figures! I am loving how Fett is done, with the solid block colors and shades (exactly like his refurbished Mandaloian armour, as seen in the second season of "The Mandadorian" on DisneyPlus as well).

Figures (sets) include:
- Boba Fett and Throne Cosbaby (S) Bobble-Head Collectible Set.
- Fennec Shand & Boba Fett.
- Boba Fett (Missile Firing Version) Cosbaby (S) Bobble-Head.

Collectible figures measure between approx 10.5 to 12cm tall, includes bobble-head function and display base. Do check in with your regular suspects / retailers for availability and pricing. Product release is scheduled for Q4, 2021 – Q1, 2022.

If you don't know by now, "COSBABY" are designs of characters in "Chibi" AKA "Super Deformed Baby" aesthetics, imagine a "cosplaying baby", and next we have squishily adorable character designs. I have seen the evolution of Hot Toys' COSBABY from it's inception (more blocky bodies and limbs), to the current squishy-stubby-chubby body forms, reminiscent of Good Smile company's Nenodoroids, but without the articulation, except for the bobble-head...! I've always wondered if this would've been a "novelty"-license, than a "toy", but no, I know not such business-thangs, cheers.
