"Kaikibako Aya" from Junji Ito X Unbox Industries for Christmas Drop First in Japan...!
Since my last blog-feature, the DATe and PLACES for release of Junji Ito’s "Kaikibako" blind box series has been revealed and availability announced!
Sculpted by @marin.lab, the 6 figures are based off Junji Ito's characters in his horror manga, with this colored incarnation dubbed "Kaikibako Aya"!
The first day of sale will be on December 25th, exclusively via the following Japanese stores:
- Osaka: Astro Zombies @astrozombies_osaka
- Tokyo: Yamashiroya @toy_yamashiroya
- Tokyo: Hakabanogarou @hakaba_gallery (Product images via)
Hakabanogarou has since listed them online, with a Single Blind Box priced at JPY1,815, while a Complete Box is JPY10,890.
Overseas and Unbox Online sales will commence Jan 8, 2022.
