"The Future Ain’t What it Used to Be." Doktor A Solo Show @ Clutter Gallery (Opens August 13)
Doktor A will be having his solo show at Clutter Gallery (163 Main St, Beacon, NY 12508, USA), opening August 13th and exhibiting thru September 2nd. This'll be his first solo show on the East coast in almost a decade.
"The Future Ain’t What it Used to Be." is a retro-futuristic look back at how the present doesn’t quite deliver on the promises of the past. A tongue in cheek view of our own world through mechanical eyes from an alternative history."
Bruce added, "In part this show represents my reaction to world events over the last few years. I will be debuting some significant new original pieces. As well as a selection of smaller Mechtorian creations, resin multiples, customised toys and graphic artworks."
