Both designs evoke the minimal character design aesthetics, with a simpler body form, with the blister-carded X-FELLOWS reminding me of Groovisions' "BROCKMANN" from toys-past.
【XAP x Filter017®】OUTDOOR JUST IN TIME
This series is inspired by XAP's interpretation of the "INOUT" attitude and characteristics in fashion styling by the design brand FILTER017®. The blister toy cleverly combined the design of XAP characters and American elements, paying homage to the visual style of well-known outdoor magazines.
In the special edition, renowned Taiwanese outdoor travelers, "GIGI" and "STANLEY," were invited to collaborate on authorized character designs. This collaboration adds value to the collectability and enjoyment of playing within the popular atmosphere and market trend of outdoor leisure.
【XAP】Social Animals - X-FELLOWS
This series ventures into the realm of food culture, reimagining iconic mascots. The toy emphasizes on transforming the distinct features and title text of the characters.
The backing cards are designed as new versions of food packaging, incorporating humor into the nutrition facts section. This presentation style, with X-FELLOWS' humorous and playful touch, brings forth familiar faces from our memories, allowing you to enjoy deliciousness while experiencing the joy of daily amusement!
