I remembered seeing the painted sculpt of the "Floating Head Spirit" at BigBigCon 2019 and marvelled at the design and sculpt ("Penanggalan" is an Indonesian folklore female vampire character with a floating disembodied woman's head with its trailing organs still attached). And no for TTE, 2 versions'll be made available...!
