TOBEY for ARTFUL SEOUL Exhibition @ BLAXK



As part of the ARTFUL SEOUL Exhibition (which I shared my visit HERE) in collaboration with K-TOYZ (IG @ktoyz_official), BLAXK by ActionCity is pleased to present the solo exhibition by the acclaimed Korean art toy designer TOBEY – his inaugural show in Singapore!



PRESS: Best known for his designer toy sculptures, TOBEY (IG @tobeytoy) expresses emotions and situations from daily life through personally designed characters. Ranging from characters representing the artist himself to reinterpretations of existing figures in his unique style,, TOBEY conveys unique joy in the meaning and texture of each piece, experimenting with various designs and fresh materials through unrestricted artistic exploration.



𝗧𝗢𝗕𝗘𝗬 will be holding a 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 at the exhibition in @theblaxkspace on 𝟭𝟲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗦𝗮𝘁, 𝟰𝗽𝗺 - 𝟱𝗽𝗺. He will cover hot topics from toy designing process to how to production and marketing. Event is open to public, come join us!
