Chris’ comments on the piece: “Growing through the cracks, perseverance. The image of blooming through has been stuck in my head for a long time. Going back to painting in abandoned buildings as a teenager and watching nature take its space back. Returning to a spot and seeing all new plant life growing. Seeing the old discarded cans becoming wrapped in something beautiful just like the piece it created at one point. As I got older it became a metaphor to me for graffiti. Paint, get buffed, paint, get buffed, repeat.”

For the new Dust Bunnies we'll be repeating the "lottery to purchase" system that we used last time...you'll sign up through a Google form to enter, and one person will be chosen at random for each Dust Bunny to be able to purchase it. All lottery winners will be chosen on Tuesday, October 29th and contacted the next day to confirm their Dust Bunny purchase. If someone declines to purchase, a new winner will be chosen at random.
