Monster Theatre from DKiller Panda X SD Toys X Dark Horse

There are two sets in dKiller Panda-designed "Monster Theatre"-mini figures (produced by SD Toys X Dark Horse). Featured here today are current snaps of FRANKY, THE BRIDE and MUMMY (from Set 2), whom I first reviewed the set back in 2007 - which you can see the difference between both 18 years apart = now yellowed and stained with age, and a oily-stickiness (AKA "vinyl sweat") to the figure's surface, alas.

As I have attempted to wipe them down, I will be making them available soon at Miku Market, and eventually online if anyone seeks to add this to their collections. Aged but still classics of classic horror icons, depicted in a chibi-aesthetic from the ("now defunct"?) @dkillerpanda!

According to my interviewed in 2007, "Monster Theater" came about from the original designs of DKiller Panda's first illustration book "Monster Theater Show", based on horror, sci-fi movie icons. This line-up was from the first part of the book: "black and white movies".

One-half of "DKiller Panda", illustrator Juan Rubi (from Barcelona, Spain) is currently active via uanrpuigart.com and as well his socials:
