THE COLONY by GUERS



TOYNEWS SUBMISSION:
From Montreal-based GUERS comes THE COLONY! This is what he shared about his creation(s):
"GUERS is my first brand as an independent artist out of Montreal, and THE COLONY is the debut drop. Instead of a new character every release, everything centers on one mascot; a beaver; that I'll keep building on drop after drop rather than replacing. Mocha and Obsidian are the first two, with more poses (including a secret rare chase) down the line."



WHY A BEAVER: it's a builder by nature, constantly shaping its own environment / felt right for a first release built entirely from scratch, no team, no backing, just figuring it out piece by piece.



Sized 11" tall, this hand-cast and hand-painted resin collectible will be available in 2 editions: MOCHA and OBSIDIAN - each 50pcs, making up a total of 100pcs (no restock).

Release is scheduled for October 10th (8 PM EDT) via www.guers.art. Each priced at US$$229, and includes limited stickers and a signed, numbered certificate of authenticity. As well the packaging will be numbered to match each figure.
