online peeps have beenup in arms commenting that why Sam Raimi didn't use the "original-black-suit" of Venom/Black Spidey, instead of just "re-painting" the Spidey-suit black ... well, then it would've been just a black-shadow of a humanoid running around with no definition, innit? imagine if Venom were to blend into the shadows and/or running around during the night = dude'll disappear on-screen, innit? i reckon tis "visual-practicality" over "fanboy faithfulness" *heh* :p
