Cobra The Space Pirate in 1/6 RAH by Medicom Toy

What struck immediately me about this figure when I first peeped it ~ was the remarkably sweet-fit of the clothes on the 1/6th scale muscled body-form ~ with abs subtly showing thru, no less! Also the removable arm-"skin" to show Cobra's cybernetic arm-laser "Psycho-gun" is both delightful and macabre. Total cool, IMHO. CLICK THRU for more :)


The product-specs seem to explain them in further detail - but tis in Japanese, and what the online-translators spews out is giving me quite a tiddy little headache ~ so I shan't attempt to decipher. But what is perfectly clear and understandable is the July 2009-drop date, and a SRP of ￥18,690 (US$206 / SGD$298).

WHAT-IS: "Cobra (コブラ) is a space opera manga created by Buichi Terasawa in late 1970s, in early 1980s turned into an anime movie and a TV series. In 2008 the series was brought back with new OVA and a TV series planned for 2009. The series features the infamous space-pirate Cobra who was once forced to hide from enemies by surgically altering his face and erasing his own memory.
