"Doktor A has re-imagined "Thing" from the works of Charles Addams for a show this week at Wootini Gallery. This 8" tall sculptural piece is accompanied by two small paintings of Morticia and Fester as part of a group exhibition inspired by America's favourite spooky family."
Papertoy Monsters book author Brian Castleforte will be having a Monster Making and Book Signing at Giant Robot 2, this coming January 16th (from 2-4pm). Expect loads of Paper Toy at play, including figures from his book, as well as the zany "Wack". "The Plush Team in Candyland" is a gallery opening at Hot*Pop Gallery on January 21st (and runs thru March 23rd, 2011) - featuring works from assorted artists in The Plush Team (samples shown above).
