look, if you've not heard of James Jean before, i'll haveta ask you: "why the hell not?"
one of the reasons why i buy Fables every month is to have a James Jean masterpiece in my hands, even if it's a regular comic-book cover illustration (not that there's anything wrong with that, i assure y'all!) and one day, when im all growed up and all, and making a lotta money, i will buy myself a James Jean painting, i will. no joke.

Unfortunately I am too busy to buy the monthly issues, but I make sure I get the trade paperbacks. Fables is a really good read.
