am sure there are "loose" zipperss out there, just might be too large a size tho ... but still worth a try i reckon :p
tailor/seamstress-shops would be ideal, altho i've found (locally in singapore) a shop dealing strictly with zippers! but alas, all were regular-sozed for humans (ie: humongous for toy-scale) :p
or mayhap tis just harvesting from existing toy-scale clothing, innit? *heh*
