In the US, there's a company called Just The Right Shoe, which makes highly-detailed 1:3-ish resin women's right shoes. I'm getting the same vibe from the shoes in the picture you posted--big (relative to our interests), resin, and only the one. (hey, saves ya money if I'm right...erm...correct...)
