i like toys, hell, i lurve toys. of any and most genres. (im not totally a toy-snob, i insist :p). and as much as i lurve designer art toys / urban vinyls, a huge chunk of my toy-heart goes out to toys with the "playability"-factor (as opposed to "just displayability", but that's another whole
rant blog-post or two altogether :p).
i look at
Onell Designs' insane configurations and permutations of their existing
Glyos System figures [
blogged] turning
Exellius and
Pheyden body parts into bug men, power suits, insect scout ships, and i feel my eyes opening wide in wonder like a wee kid again :) - it's like Lego with action figures! =
*neato*... go peep
Onell's blog for mondo-more mega-mashups [all images via]

and i suddenly hanker for my Microman and Micronauts of eons ago (gawd i lurved them!) - all of whom had apparently "disappeared" during my childhood, for which me mum insisted were pilfered (instead of being thrown away, as most toys would've been when you're too young to know any better) ... but i'd like to think that
they've gone back home to the stars ... ~
*heh*(cheers for the headsup, Matt and they are insane'o!)
