1/6th LARA CROFT for pre-orders, for a 4th-quarter drop.
priced at US$79.99, the figure comes in two outfits (based on the 'Tomb Raider: Legend' videogame) - the SIGNATURE outfit with tank top and shorts, and ARCTIC outfit with jacket and pants [product images shown] - as well as 3-pairs of interchangeable hands, backpack, weapons and all the yummy gears needed to raid tombs and kick-ass LOL - and inclusive of the Sideshow Exclusive Edition is the Excalibur Sword (seen image top-left) ... what it does not have, is a Angelina Jolie-likeness, NOT that anyone's mentioned it would be, but rather of folks expectations, based on celebdom-overload and media-saturation, innit? well, it would be pretty hard to base it on the video-game character facial-design, innit?
anyways, i'd love to add her to my 1/6-femmes collection (not that i could afford diddly, innit) and with her duo outfits, maybe i could dress up MY Angelina (since i've stripped her clothes for other kitbashes LOL) *cough*

ReplyDeleteyepper! altho there's not much one could do with the stripped-to-teh-skivvies figure, as it had only 3 points of articualtion (neck and arms) ... but she still has her molded boots on?
