MOD:1 CUSTOM TITLE: COM:1
APEMAN SAYS: it's a true ' comic ' con inspired custom... those big, flat panels were just too tempting : i had to do a graphical custom - which was real nice, cause the last few customs we've done have been fairly large builds. each body part is decorated with an Apeman Marvel Comics ' robot ' favourite : we've got Machine Man ( left leg ), War Machine ( right leg ), Robocop ( right arm ) and Deathlok ( left arm & torso ).
MOD:1 CUSTOM TITLE: Half Silver Golden Boy
ROBOTBOY SAYS: the silver half is hidden under the golden exo-skeleton. the design was inspired by bits from my custom box, various plastic bottle caps, one of which fitted nicely over the Mod1 head. i built an extra piece onto the head before realising that it would be hidden from view by the frosty plastic ! the MOD:1 figure is such a nice form that I didn't want to swerve too far away from the robot theme ( any excuse hehe ).

I own the yellow and black MOD:1
called Zero 7 that has the construction
bot appearance. I wish I had
more money to buy the red one.
