BISKUP-FIGURE-MUTATIONS

Tim Biskup & T9G (Ta-Ku-Ji) are continuing their successful East/West 2008-collaboration into 2009 with their upcoming collaborative gallery show in Tokyo next Friday @ STITCH (Feb 6-22).

The TxT Project Exhibition will feature a follow up on the first versions of the TxT Rangeas vinyl figure (their re-working of T9G’s original “Rangeas” figure / tagged) with the release of a pair of Glow-In-The-Dark color variations. In addition they will be offering a series of one-of-a-kind mutated custom figures (shown above), original paintings, limited edition prints and more surprises ~ CLICK THRU for more detailed information and preview-pics!

RANGEAS PRINTS: As part of the exhibition Tim has created a set of two 6-color process digital offset prints. They will be available at the exhibition starting next Friday, but Floopdoodle will be offering a few online this Thursday, Jan 29th @ Noon, Pacific Time:


Measuring 12" x 12", both prints are in 6-Color Process Digital Offset Print on Finch Fine iD 80lb. Paper. Each print is signed & numbered and limited to only 100 @ a SRP of US$60-per. CLICK on images above to go to their respective online-order pages!

Tim mentions on his blog: "There will be about 15 new paintings in the show including the ones pictured above. It’s been interesting to concentrate so heavily on T9G’s work. I’m very inspired by the way that he thinks about figures and materials."
