The release date for Jamungo's Squadt GOHST S1 is set for April 20th @ 12:00 Noon - Central Standard Time! GOHST will be released online via http://www.jamungo.com/squadt_store (which approx makes out to be 1:00am Singapore time on April 21st? Please double-check, I failed Maths :p)
