PRESS: WHERE ART MEETS COLLECTIBLES! The MINDstyle LIFEstyle artist series featuring the Family Tradition Art Exhibition and product launch with signing by toy pioneer Michael Lau opened last Thursday to fans, collectors and art goers at ZINC Art Space in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

There was no doubt from the large turn out, that the first exhibition of its kind in the thriving emerging market will set the path for many more to follow. Michael took time to meet with the media and talk about the growth and popularity of vinyl figures in addition to meeting many longtime Gardener fans.

The Family Tradition Art Exhibition will run at ZINC Art Space through December 19th, 2009. The exhibition hours is 6:00PM to 9:00PM daily. Up next in the MINDstyle LIFEstyle series for Spring 2010 is none other than pop prankster, Ron English.

Limited edition Michael Lau figures will be released over the course of the 10-day exhibition. These are definitely must-have collectibles for fans and collectors in Asia; now being sold exclusively at the one and only source in Malaysia.

UPDATED: The Gardener Tenth (LA Blue & White Set) was released at the event, as a four-piece set. Limited to 100, only 50 sets were made available in Asia.
