"GRENDIZER RETURNS" was made by C4DTeam Animation Studio, in association with Lucca Comics and Games-Area Japan and UFOROBOTS.net in celebration of the 30th anniversary of Grendizer in Italy (circa 2009). A higher-res version of the short can be viewed here (which includes the "Making Of").
